WHAT IS LADDER DOWN FOR WOMEN LAWYERS

Women in law and insurance are mentored in critical areas by women who have achieved success in these industries. Their stories and experience offer a 'ladder down' to help those who wish to climb to the top of their industry. Ladder Down (TM) provides the necessary training and accountability to succeed.

This is a fully virtual interactive program with the following program structure.

      1. Leadership Empowerment
      2. Business Development
      3. Mentoring
      4. Small Group Accountability

These sessions will be highly interactive and involve hands-on exercises.  You will be equipped with practical tips and tools that can be implemented immediately.

HOW DOES LADDER DOWN WORK

Ladder Down is unique in structure and content has proven results with measurable success over the last 12 years.  The year-long structure, accountability sessions, and individualize coaching set Ladder Down apart from other programs for Women Lawyers.  Program participants report increased client relationships, greater community involvement, appointments to leadership roles, increased compensation, promotions to partner and shareholder within their firm, numerous speaking engagements and article publications, a feeling of empowerment over their careers, expansion of their referral network, better self-advocacy skills, and improved relationships with existing clients.
